At GPartsFilter, we are committed to delivering a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our support team is here to assist you every step of the way.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • ✔️ Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • ✔️ Items must be in their original condition
  • ✔️ All original tags must be attached
  • ✔️ Items must be returned in original packaging
  • ✔️ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

⚠️ Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • ❌ Gift cards
  • ❌ Worn or Washed items
  • ❌ Items without original tags
  • ❌Custom or personalized items

🔄 3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email our support team at support@gpartsfilter.com within 30 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide Details: Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
3️⃣ Review: Our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label.

⚠️ Important Return Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Once your return is approved, you will be instructed to ship the item to our official business address: Destiny USA, 1 Destiny USA Dr, Syracuse, NY 13204, United States.

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, there is no cost to the customer for return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For Customer Remorse: If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, GPartsFilter will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Returns are 100% free
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
    Return Label for Customers: Once your return is approved, we will provide a Downloadable/Printable return label via email.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be processed


⚠️ 4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

Include:

  • 📌 Your order number
  • 📌 A clear description of the issue
  • 📌 Photos of the item

✅ After review, we will arrange a replacement or full refund if approved.


💰 5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • 💳 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • ⏳ Processing time: within 10 business days

⚠️ Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


🔁 6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
