📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order

🚚 Shipping Time & Cost (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States 🇺🇸

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free
  • Shipping From: USA
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (Handling + Transit Time).

Delivery times are estimated and begin after shipment, not at the time of order.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues.


🕒 Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • International shipping is not available at this time

⚠️ Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to address errors, we will contact you at support@gpartsfilter.com to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping costs for reshipment due to a customer's address error will be the responsibility of the customer.
